Terms and Conditions

At time of booking you must pay in full or pay your first instalment. Payment by instalments is only available when paying with a credit card valid for the duration of your program. If you select to pay by instalments then the second instalment is due 2 weeks after the first payment for Bronze level and 4 weeks after the first payment for the Silver & Gold levels. If fees are not paid on time your program will be cancelled and an administration fee of $50 charged to your credit card. Changes and Cancellations: Cancellations - If you wish to cancel your Program 8 weeks or more from the start date of the program you will be charged an admin fee of $75. If you cancel your program 3-7 weeks from your start date you will be charged a $150 admin fee. If you cancel your program 0-3 weeks before your start date you will be charged a $300 admin fee Changing your program start date - if you change your program date 8 weeks or more from the start date of the program you will incur a $75 change fee. If changing you program date within 4-7 weeks of the program you will incur a $150 change fee. If changing your program date within 0-3 weeks of the program start date you will incur a $250 change fee. If you change your program you must attend another program provided by NLP Coaching School within 12 months or all fees paid will be forfeited. Any changes to program dates or venues by NLP Coaching School or Succeed Personal Development will be made at least seven days prior to training program commencement unless unforeseen circumstances dictate otherwise.
