Gold Vitality Weight Loss Program -12 Weeks

  • 1 x initial health review (30 mins)
  • 1 x 1:1 personal training session (1 hour each) per week x 12 weeks
  • Personalised exercise program for non-personal training days
  • Updated exercise program mid-way through program
  • 1 x 1:1 Coaching Breakthrough Session (Approx 8 hours)
  • 2 x 1:1 Coaching mid-way check-in session (45 mins)
  • 12 weeks breakfast and lunch meal replacements (168 meals)
  • Easy to follow healthy eating guide
  • 1 x 1:1 Consultation with a qualified Nutritionist (60 mins)

Silver Vitality Weight Loss Program - 8 Weeks

  • 1 x initial health review (30 mins)
  • 1 x 1:1 personal training session (1 hour each) per week x 8 weeks
  • Personalised exercise program for non-personal training days
  • 1 x 1:1 Coaching Breakthrough Session (Approx 8 hours)
  • 1 x 1:1 Coaching mid-way check-in session (45 mins)
  • 8 weeks breakfast and lunch meal replacements (112 meals)

Bronze Vitality Weight Loss Program - 4 Weeks

  • 1 x initial health review (30 mins)
  • 1 x 1:1 personal training session (1 hour each) per week x 4 weeks
  • Personalised exercise program for non-personal training days
  • 1 x 1:1 Coaching Breakthrough Session (Approx 8 hours)
  • 4 weeks breakfast and lunch meal replacements (56 meals)

What else do I need to know?

What can I expect from my personal training sessions?

Whether you are used to exercising or haven't lifted a finger in years, you are in good hands with your Succeed Personal Trainer.  Your Succeed Personal Trainer has lots of experience and understanding to help you achieve the fitness goals you want for yourself.

Your weekly hour long sessions will give you guidance on what exercises to do, how to do them and when to do them. You will also receive a personalised fitness program so that you know what to do during the week when you don't see your Succeed Personal Trainer. Your Succeed Personal Trainer is there to help you keep on track.

What can I expect from my Coaching Breakthrough Session?

Your highly trained Succeed Coach will walk you through a Breakthrough Session that lasts approximately 8 hours in total. The 8 hours are usually split into 2 x 4 hour sessions conducted across 2 days or 1 week depending on your availability and your commitment.

During the sessions you will be asked lots of questions about your life and how not being the weight you want to be is a problem for you. Your coach has a whole range of human change and human psychology tools and techniques at their disposal to help you let go of any limiting beliefs you have (like I'm not good enough or I don't like myself) and any negative emotions (like guilt and anger) from the past if you have any.

You can expect the sessions to be fun, extremely informative and eye opening. You'll always remember your Breakthrough Sessions, for all the right reasons.

What can I expect from my meal replacements?

If you want the headache and hassle taken out of what to eat, this is definitely the right approach for you. Your delicious low carbohydrate, low GI meal replacements are easy to use and very effective. We recommend you replace your breakfast and lunch with a meal replacement and have a normal evening meal.

You'll be given guidance on what to eat for your evening meal and what snacks are ok during the day. The program is very easy to follow and thousands of people in Australia have lost weight using this weight loss program alone so coupled with exercise and coaching, success is GUARANTEED.
