How does the program work?

  • First we assess your business needs and current sales performance (looking at the results of your team and your top people)

  • We'll observe and model the interactions your top sales person (or people) have with your customers

  • Next we'll coach for improvement with your top performer(s)
  • You'll get to sit and watch your 'B' players jump up rapidly in performance just by the nature of the raising of the bar
  • We evaluate the results of the coaching with the top performer(s)
  • Design a training and coaching program for the rest of your team
  • Train and coach the rest of the team
  • We monitor and evaluate the results throughout the training and coaching period

Shouldn't we be focused on making the bottom performers better rather than the top performers? Isn't this back-to-front?
