How does the program work?

You want Sean to observe the way YOU interact with customers so he can see what's actually occurring, what you're missing and where you can improve and then to provide you with the tools, techniques and strategies to ensure you improve in the very next interaction.  

Here is the process:

  • Sean will conduct a FREE 45 minute needs assessment by phone to understand what you want to achieve, by when and what's happening now
  • Sean will help you decide on the program that's perfect for your needs (this will be over a 6-month or 12-month period)
  • Together you will work out a regular schedule for your coaching days so that you can plan ahead
  • Prior to commencement you will discuss and agree performance measures for improvement
  • In each coaching day with Sean, he will:

    Design an entire sales process, appointment scripts, sales approaches, frameworks and materials for you if you don't have any to start with.

    Observe you setting appointments, identifying needs, presenting proposals or solutions, handling objections, closing or just building relationships... wherever you need to improve.

    Coach for improvement through tools, frameworks, attitudes, techniques... whatever you need to fit with YOUR style of selling and communicating - not his ... he is never prescriptive.

    Review performance against the agreed measures and discuss challenges you faced in the previous period, learnings to be gained from them and further strategies for improvements.
