Succeed Personal Development
Your Succeed Personal Trainer is highly
skilled and experienced in working with clients who wish to lose
weight and get fit.
You will meet with your Succeed Personal Trainer
once a week at a location convenient for you. During your weekly 60-minute session you will be coached on what exercises
to do, guided on good
technique and informed about when the best time to exercise is. You'll
be fully supported each step of the way.
Your Succeed Personal Trainer will also give
you
your own personalised training program for you to follow on the days
during the week when you don't meet with your Succeed
Personal Trainer. Success is easy with the Vitality
Weight Loss Program because we all care about your results.

I
have been working with a trainer for 1 hour sessions since 8 October
2005. When initially assessed, my fitness level could largely be
considered very poor, particularly in the cardiovascular area. It
has really been the trainer's ability to work directly with me and
