Sean Steele – CEO - NLP Coaching School Certified Trainer, Master Practitioner, Master Coach NLP, Time Line Therapy® & Hypnosis BA (Dist) LCA PMABNLP ABH TLTA

In March 2006 Sean left a senior corporate role as a successful divisional sales leader, performance coach, learning and development consultant and mentor in Australia's largest media organisation with $17m in revenue accountability to start NLP Coaching School.  The drive to do this came from Sean’s personal values which are based on his desire to assist others to exceed their own expectations of themselves.

Sean had 13 years experience in sales, sales coaching, leadership, consulting and development.  A part of senior leadership teams Sean’s focus was developing high performance teams through leader confidence and communication flexibility.  He has personally designed and driven the implementation of large-scale change programs in highly competitive private enterprise environments affecting as many as 900 staff.  This experience left Sean with a thirst for tools that would create confident and flexible communicators in business. 

Sean has become experienced in assisting others to resolve internal and external conflict, negotiate periods of change in workplace structure or role identity, accelerate performance, change perspectives and beliefs and a whole lot more.  Some of the models Sean is experienced in include GROW, CLEAR, NLP, Gravesian Values, Transformational Coaching, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy and more. 

As the Treasurer of the Australian Board of NLP, the NLP industry’s peak body Sean plays a key role in shaping the industry standards for this powerful set of tools in a business environment.  Sean is uniquely highly qualified in the field; a Certified Master Practitioner, Master Coach and Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis and conducted over 1400 hours worth of live face-to-face NLP trainings in 2007 alone. 

Sean’s personal values are integrity, passion, authenticity and quality; these permeate every coaching and training interaction delivered by himself, or any of his hand-picked trainers and coaches.

Chris McKee - Certified Trainer of NLP, Time Line Therapy® & Hypnosis, B Psych (Hons 1) B. HoMgt  ABNLP ABH TLTA MAPS Chris McKee is a Registered Psychologist and a certified Trainer of NLP, Time Line Therapy® and Hypnosis.

Her expertise in human behaviour coupled with her working knowledge of the advanced communication skills of NLP, means Chris facilitates a process that enables clients to get the excellent results they want quickly and with less effort.

Chris is a dynamic and vivacious presenter and she prides herself on approaching others in a down to earth yet professional manner and has successfully worked with people from all levels within organisations.

Chris has a diverse range of experience both domestically and internationally specialising in Executive Coaching for the corporate market, Relationship Enhancement, Performance Enhancement, Wealth Creation and the development and facilitation of customised training workshops.

Prior to working within the corporate arena, Chris has experience working in the public sector specialising in Mental Health Promotion. Chris has also succeeded in private practice focusing on personal development and empowerment; psychological assessments; intervention for learning difficulties; motivation strategies; combating addictions and re-engaging individuals in the community in terms of housing, employment, and social support networks.

Joseph Quinn Certified Trainer of NLP, Timeline Therapy ® & Hypnosis Certified Life Coach NZANLP ABNLP ABH TLTA. Joseph is an exceptional communicator, which is clearly evident in his Training and Coaching. He is driven by his passion for developing others and his natural authenticity creates a perfect environment for securing new skills and discovering true potential.

Prior to moving to New Zealand , Joseph was a Police Officer in one of the busiest towns in England . After eight invaluable years within the front line of policing he became a qualified Home Office Police Trainer and was the first to bring the enhanced skills of NLP into the Police curriculum for his county.

Joseph was responsible for the individual performance of hundreds of officers. He designed new and innovative training programmes to fit with the ‘modern' style of policing today's society. He assessed officer performance from all ranks and service and through individual coaching, written appraisals and experiential learning, facilitated a greater link between officers and the communities they policed.

Joseph has also trained for three years to become a Catholic Priest in Dublin , working closely with people from all areas of society. His passion for exploring has lead him around the world and he has seen many sides to life and uses his experience to great effect in his work now as a Trainer and Coach.
