What
Clients Had to Say
Hear what others have had to say about
Succeed Personal Development, NLP Coaching School
and Tony Ferguson's Meal Replacements:
|
|
"I was very nervous
and quite frightened at my first session of not
being able to achieve or participate .... in a
structured exercise program.
I could never
run and his (Rohan) constant coaching techniques
keeps pushing me. I can now run 5kms and I am so
proud that I can run this distance and this is all
because my personal trainer has motivated me to
achieve my goal" |
Bernadette Hay Succeed Personal
Development Client |
|
|
|
|
"I was feeling pretty low and had piled on the kilos
over the years. I had tried a few diets before but
none seemed to work as my commitment would come and
go. I worked with Anna (Succeed Coach) and it's been
completely different this time. She helped me
understand myself and why I was sabotaging my best
efforts, we got rid of some crap (pardon the
language) from my past and I have never felt
lighter. The breakthrough session was completely
life changing for me" |
Jeffery Anderson NLP Coaching School Client |

|
|
|
"Since I've been on the diet I've got so much
energy, I feel great and it was so easy." |

Work/Life Balance - By Anna Steele |
- Is your life as healthy as it could be?
- Do you regularly make time for your
family, friends and for yourself?
- Do you have a balance between work, home
and play?
If no, your work/life balance might be out of
kilter. The phrase work/life balance was first
coined back in the 80's when employers were
seeing their staff 'burning' out. The light bulb
clicked and employers found that their employees
performed better when they had a good work/life
balance. (smart lot back then!!).
In 2007 most people have heard of work/life
balance, but that doesn't mean most people have
it. So how does one get it?
-
Get a job you enjoy. Are you in a
job you love? If not, why not? What is
preventing you from working in a job you
enjoy doing? What stories are you telling
yourself as to why you can't do what you
want to do? Spending upwards of 40 hours a
week doing an activity you don't enjoy is my
idea of a slow and painful death. As I tell
my clients, this life you have is no practice run! If you
enjoy your work, you'll have 5 more days in
the week.
-
Take regular breaks. Do you
regularly take breaks? By breaks I mean,
morning, lunch, afternoon plus holidays.
Research has found that Australians are
particularly bad at taking breaks and holidays.
Ten minutes in the morning, thirty minutes
at lunch time and ten minutes in the
afternoon should be your minimum and try to
get outside for these breaks.
It amazes me how many people
are shut up in their places of work from 8am
to 6pm and never leave their building during
that time. As for holidays, what reasons are
you telling yourself as to why you can't
take your holiday entitlements? Are you
scared that someone will do your job better
than you? Scared that no-one is capable of
doing your job? Scared that you might be
letting the team down? Get rid of your fear
and take a holiday, even if you stay at
home.
- Have interests outside of work
activities. Do you have a life outside
of work? Having a life outside of work is
crucial. Whether this is spending time with
your partner, kids, friends do something at
least two nights
of the week that is totally unrelated to
your work.
- Exercise Do you exercise? If you
don't, which bit of the importance of
getting moving do you not understand? What
are you telling yourself? There are no
excuses not to exercise, unless you are
holed up in bed crook. Get moving.
- Eat well If you eat crap food
(crap food being takeaways, lots of
carbohydrates, processed food, high sugar &
high salt foods) then you are going to feel
rough. Eating a balanced diet is crucial to
feeling balanced yourself. Search on the
internet for balanced meal ideas and you
will find millions to inspire you. Make the
decision now to start eating healthier meals
and snacks.
- Drink plenty of water - I know
you might be thinking what has that got to
do with work/life balance. Well the more
water you drink the more toilet breaks
you'll take and the more times you'll get up
from your desk and move. We need water to
function at 100% and dehydration is so
common amongst the clients I see.
I once
worked with a client who drank on estimate
17 cans of coke a day! No water, just coke.
In each can of coke there is about 20
teaspoons of sugar. That is 340 teaspoons of
sugar per day! My client was overweight, in
a depressed state, lethargic and not
enjoying life. I wonder what was causing
that! It doesn't take a genius to work it
out.
I am very passionate about this subject in
case you couldn't tell and I do sympathise with
my clients and others who don't have a good
work/life balance as it can creep up on you but
only you can change your life. If you are
waiting for someone to come and 'fix' it for
you, you might be waiting a very long time.
Over the last 6 months my work/life balance
got out of kilter and I knew when my two year
old son was punishing me for being away training
again that I had to change things. I now will be
focusing on coaching and therapy so that I can
be at home more with my son and Sean will be
doing our Practitioner trainings. Our son is
happy, I am happy and Sean is happy. Work/life
balance restored.

What Our Students Have to Say |
|
|
|
"If you want clear and concise presentation and
application skills for using NLP then you will find
Sean and Anna's Practitioner program just that.
Completing the course has truly been a life-changing
experience for me and I know it will be for my
clients as well. I've been to other
coaching programs and none are as clear to
understand, presented with down-to-earth examples
and real life practical exercises. This course
was not only life changing, but heaps of fun as
well. In doing this Sean and Anna literally
take the ecology of teaching and changing the planet
one person at a time to a bold, bright new level." |

"Before
starting business coaching with Sean, I was
focusing on anything and everything I could see as
an opportunity in my business. The process I have
been through with Sean, has not only assisted me in
defining the core focus of my business, it has also
relit my passion for what I love and am good at.
I
know that this is the right focus for my business
and also myself which means I am now so much more
successful. I'm so excited about my work now, and
that can only mean greater things in my future
ahead. Thanks Sean" |
