first level of trance and is similar to how you feel

is what we mean by light trance.
Deep trance on the
other end of the spectrum is the type of trance needed
for full body catalepsy where you could suspend your
client between two chairs only being supported at the
ankles and top of the shoulders. (Don’t try this by
yourself though as you might find yourself a heap on the
floor with your client on top of you!).
