review you will have your current fitness levels measured so that you
will be able to clearly see your improvements over the duration of your

Each week you will meet your Succeed personal
trainer at a mutually convenient location. Your sessions each week
will be one-on-one and tailored specifically to your needs. If you
aren't used to exercising, don't fret, you are in very good hands
with your Succeed Personal Trainer. |

Exercise Program |

Your weekly training session with your Succeed
Personal Trainer isn't enough exercise for one week so you will need
to exercise by yourself during the week. If you'd prefer to have
extra personal training sessions please let us know as this can be
added to your program. Your personalised training program will be
designed to help you get maximum results in the shortest time.

Half way through your 12-week program your
Succeed personal trainer will develop a new fitness program for you
to help you stay motivated and interested in your fitness regime.

Coaching Breakthrough Session (Approx 8 hours) |
|

At the start of your 12-week program you will
meet face-to-face with a highly qualified Succeed Coach. You
will be guided through what is known as a Breakthrough Session which
basically helps you breakthrough your roadblocks and hurdles. The 8
hours of coaching are split over 2 days which can either be
concurrent or split over 1-week. Expect to feel a lot lighter
emotionally at the end of your Breakthrough Session and for it to be
a life changing experience. (Oh and plan to have fun!) |

Coaching Check-in Session (45 mins) |
|
At the 4-week and 8-week mark you will have a
telephone catch up with your Succeed Coach for 45 minutes. This is
to check you are on track to achieve your outcomes and to handle any
questions or issues that may have popped up. |

Breakfast
& Lunch Meal Replacements (168 meals, 12 wks) |
|
You will select from 18 different flavours your shakes and soups
which will become your breakfast and lunch over the next 12 weeks.
These shakes and soups will be your breakfast and lunch for the
duration of the program. The shakes and soups are very simple to
use, tasty and extremely effective for aiding weight loss. |

Healthy
Eating Guide |
|
The Healthy Eating Guide is packed with useful information, tips and tricks. It
will tell you what snacks you can eat mid-morning, mid-afternoon and
after dinner. There is also plenty of information on what to choose
to eat for your evening meal. Once you have read the guide you'll
find choosing your evening meal a synch. |

Consultation with a qualified Nutritionist (60 mins) |

Towards the end of your 12-week program you will have a 60-minute
consultation with an experienced Nutritionist. You will receive
plenty of guidance from your Nutritionist on what to eat for
breakfast, lunch and dinner. All you will need to do is act on the
advice given and you will continue to see your weight fall off, if
you still have weight to lose at the end of your program. If you are
at your target weight then you will be shown what food options to
choose to maintain your current weight. |

What can I expect from my personal training sessions?
Whether you are used to exercising or haven't lifted a finger in
years, you are in good hands with your Succeed
Personal Trainer. Your Succeed Personal Trainer
has lots of experience and understanding to help you achieve the
fitness goals you want for yourself.
Your weekly hour long sessions
will give you guidance on what exercises to do, how to do them and
when to do them. You will also receive a personalised fitness
program so that you know what to do during the week when you don't
see your Succeed Personal Trainer. Your Succeed
Personal Trainer is there to help you keep on track.
What can I expect from my Coaching Breakthrough Session?
Your highly trained Succeed Coach will take you through a
Breakthrough Session that lasts approximately 8 hours in total. The
8 hours are usually split into 2 x 4 hour sessions conducted across
2 days or 1 week depending on your availability and your commitment.
The Breakthrough sessions need to be completed at the start of your
program for maximum results.
During the sessions you will be asked lots of questions about your
life and how not being the weight you want to be is a problem for
you. Your coach has a whole range of human change and human
psychology tools and techniques at their disposal to help you let go
of any limiting beliefs you have (like I'm not good enough or I
don't like myself) and any negative emotions (like guilt and anger)
from the past if you have any.
You can expect the sessions to be fun, extremely informative and
eye opening. You'll always remember your Breakthrough Sessions, for
all the right reasons.
What can I expect from my meal replacements?
If you want the headache and hassle taken out of what to eat,
this is definitely the right approach for you. Your delicious low
carbohydrate, low GI meal replacements are easy to use and very
effective. We recommend you replace your breakfast and lunch with a
meal replacement and have a normal evening meal.
You'll be given
guidance on what to eat for your evening meal and what snacks are ok
during the day. The program is very easy to follow and thousands of
