Terms and Conditions – 7-Day NLP Intensive Practitioner. At time of booking, a minimum deposit of $795 must be made for 7-Day NLP Intensive (NLP Practitioner) training. Payment of your deposit (or more) is acceptance of these terms & conditions. This will entitle you to your home-study program at 7-Day NLP Intensive level and secure your place on the course. Payment must be made in full 4 (four) weeks prior to start date of training program. If fees are not paid in full 4 (four) weeks prior to start date your deposit will be forfeited and your place will be offered to other students. Changes & Cancellations. Cancelling Your Course Over 8 Weeks From Start Date $795 Deposit Forfeited, 4-7 Weeks from Start Date 75% of Fees Forfeited, 0-3 Weeks From Start Date 100% of Fees Forfeited. Changing Your Course Date. Over 8 Weeks From Start Date $75 Change Fee, 4-7 Weeks From Start Date $500 Change Fee, 0-3 From Start Date $1500 Change Fee. You must attend your course within the next 12 months or all fees will be forfeited $75 Change Fee $500 Change Fee $1500 Change Fee Any changes to course dates or venues by NLP Coaching School will be made at least 2 (two) weeks prior to training program commencement unless unforeseen circumstances dictate otherwise. NLP Coaching School reserves the right to change trainers at any time for any reason. If you are not 100% satisfied with your overall training experience with NLP Coaching School and you have attended every session of your training then you must let us know before 3.30pm on your last day of your training to be eligible for a refund. Fees will be refunded in full minus the $150 administration fee and all learning materials including home study program need to be returned in ‘as new’ condition unless alternative arrangements are made. Should the materials be in a state other than ‘as new’ the student will be responsible for paying for the materials to replace those soiled. Terms and Conditions – 2-Day Clinical Hypnotherapy If you are not 100% satisfied with your overall training experience with NLP Coaching School once you have attended the Clinical Hypnotherapy Weekend then you must let us know before 1pm on your last day of your training to be eligible for a refund. Fees will be refunded in full once all learning materials are returned. Your $50 cheque will be posted to you within 5 working days of the completion of the event. We rarely make changes to dates and take them very seriously. If extraneous circumstances necessitate a change to course date or venues, NLP Coaching School will provide at least 2 (two) weeks notice prior to event commencement unless unforeseen circumstances dictate otherwise. Changes and Cancellations: Changing your course date - if you change your course date to another Clinical Hypnotherapy Weekend run by NLP Coaching School 8 weeks or more from the start date of the course you will incur a $75 change fee. If changing your course date within 4-7 weeks of the course you will incur a $100 change fee. If changing your course date within 0-3 weeks of the course start date you will incur a $150 change fee. If you change your course you must attend another course or same or higher value provided by NLP coaching school within 12 months or all fees paid will be forfeited. Any difference between what you have paid and the cost of your chosen course must be paid in full prior to attending the event. Cancellations - Your fees once received, in full or in part they are non-refundable. They are however transferrable to another course as listed above but there are no refunds except for under the satisfaction guarantee conditions listed above.
